At the project kickoff meeting, Mission Critical works with the client team to establish lines of communication and develop a set of critical path milestones to guide the effort to final submittal. Together we identify preliminary personnel and project information, direction for content and design, and discuss the overall goals for the pursuit based on keen interpretation of the Request for Qualification/Proposal documents.

    Data Calls

Your team has the knowledge and experience, and our team has the competitive approach and proposal management specialty. As we begin the pursuit and start creating the proposal document, we need your critical information. We collect everything from personnel resumes to project photos through our collaborative-platform website where we share files, send messages, and add tasks to members across our teams. This system, in addition to video conferencing and collaborative document sharing, allows us to capture all the winning details.

    Document Design

Early in the pursuit effort, our design team creates a wireframe for the proposal to visually map where all relevant information will go in the page allotment to ensure that the document is compliant and answers every proposed and implied question in the RFQ/RFP. This wireframing is an evolving tool used in data calls which also guides our document design and content creation, visually representing how much space will be dedicated to various sections.

    Content Development

Our dedicated technical writing staff work to develop technically accurate, stylistically impactful content that is the heart of a winning submission. We craft narratives that highlight your firm’s successes, innovations, and experiences across your corporate programs, past projects, technical approaches, and skilled personnel. We tell your story and position you as an ideal partner that brings best practices, value engineering approaches, and a highly qualified team of experts to tackle the unique challenges of the project.

    Review Cycles

We issue iterative documents for key team members to review at 60% and 90% to identify and request additional information, adjust design elements, fine-tune details, and course-correct as needed. We use collaborative review software to capture all comments and hold review meetings to discuss as a team how to best resolve comments, address questions, and adjust our approach. This ensures the entire team is on the same page throughout the pursuit effort, working together to create the best document possible.

    Compliance Assurance

Requests for Qualification and Proposals often have several issued addenda that will alter the criteria and specifications for the final document. Our dedicated compliance specialist pores over your document to make sure that it is completely compliant in both spirit and letter of response. Any unclear language in the original solicitation documentation is noted, and clarification is requested so that we work as closely to the Owner’s vision as possible from the very beginning.

As a full-service Proposal Management Specialist, Mission Critical takes your team from the initial RFQ/RFP across the finish line to final submittal, whether digital or print. When print copies are required, our team designs, binds, and prints your finished proposal and physically submits it when appropriate. We choose to hand deliver your document to ensure that all the hard work our teams have put in is not disqualified due to late time stamps on your delivery.
