Located in Sarpy County, Nebraska, not far from Kiewit’s Omaha headquarters, the CONNECT Sarpy 180th & Giles Area Roadway Project consists of approximately nine miles of roadway improvements with bridge structures, utility relocation, and rail coordination components.
Mission Critical worked with the Kiewit team to determine the appropriate project experience to highlight and built a response around tying best practices from projects across the nation to build value for Sarpy County. This two-stage procurement began with a Request for Qualifications and, for shortlisted firms, now moves into the technical proposal stage to determine the Construction Manager/General Contractor that will partner with the County.
