The Neff Road and Purcell Boulevard Improvements Project is the eighth Alternative Delivery selection in Central Oregon for the Mission Critical + Taylor NW team since 2019.
Mission Critical managed the Pursuit for this winning $56M Caltrans District 11 CMGC procured under California’s Middle-Mile Broadband Initiative (MMBI). District 11 selected our client, Middle Mile Constructors, a joint venture of Griffith Company and HMS Construction, Inc. This District 11 award is the second MMBI CMGC project win between Mission Critical and a Griffith Company-led joint venture team in the past three months.

After six weeks of intense research, writing, and designing, the Mission Critical team delivered a well-thought-out, cohesively curated document that allowed Walsh to shortlist on this vital Caltrans project.
