We are pleased to announce that Cactus Asphalt has been awarded the City of Phoenix Water Services Department Concrete and Asphalt Restoration Job Order Contract (JOC). As Pursuit Specialists and Proposal Managers, Mission Critical collaborated with Cactus Asphalt to develop a technical proposal in response to the City’s procurement request. The proposal demonstrated Cactus Asphalt’s ability to meet and exceed the City’s goals for this project as well as accelerate the estimated work window.
This JOC is a 36-month or $15 million contract with a scope of work including various water and wastewater services related repairs, temporary pavement, and concrete cuts as needed according to stringent City specifications. Cactus Asphalt’s contract will begin in December 2020.
