How does Accelerator 2025 work with our existing Business Development team?Accelerator 2025 complements your BD team's efforts. While BD focuses on cultivating relationships and identifying opportunities, we help transform those opportunities into wins through strategic proposal development and positioning.

What's the time commitment and who should participate?The program involves monthly one-hour video calls and quarterly 90-minute in-person sessions. We recommend participation from key team members including project sponsors, BD representatives, and pursuit leads to maximize program benefits.

Who is eligible to participate?Accelerator 2025 is designed for civil contractors across North America who are either pursuing their first alternative delivery project or looking to expand their alternative delivery backlog. We ask for a one-year commitment and operate under an NDA to ensure open knowledge sharing.
